You have a strong background in welding processes and safety standards, with a focus on gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). Your teaching skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively communicate complex concepts to students at various skill levels. You understand the importance of hands-on training and practical assessments in developing skilled welders. What you'll do

As a Welding Technical Trainer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for teaching and qualifying students in GTAW welding techniques. You will develop and implement training programs that include both theoretical instruction and practical hands-on training. Your role will involve collaborating with the Weld Development, Build Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure that training aligns with the skill requirements necessary for flight-critical operations.
