What you'll do
As the Aftersales Experience Specialist at Splend, you will be the primary point of contact for customers after they have been onboarded. Your responsibilities will include handling vehicle exchanges and returns, managing fleet operations, and responding to customer inquiries. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all day-to-day hub operations related to customer management are executed flawlessly.
