Splend is hiring a Claims Handler to support the end-to-end handling of non-fault or split liability motor claims. You'll assist in the investigation, validation, and resolution of claims from notification through to settlement. This position is ideal for someone early in their claims career.

You are someone who is eager to start your career in claims handling, with a keen interest in developing your technical knowledge and customer handling skills. You thrive in a structured environment and are ready to learn about the intricacies of motor claims, particularly in the context of non-fault or split liability cases. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with customers to assist them through the claims process.
You are detail-oriented and have a strong desire to understand the claims process from start to finish. What you'll do
As a Claims Handler at Splend, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end handling of motor claims. This includes assisting in the investigation of claims, validating the details provided by customers, and working towards a resolution that is satisfactory for all parties involved. You will be involved in the claims process from the moment a claim is notified until it is settled, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
You will work closely with other team members to ensure that claims are handled in a timely manner and that customers are kept informed throughout the process. Your role will require you to develop a strong understanding of the claims management system and the policies that govern motor claims.
