Who you are
You have a strong background in payments or technology solutions, ideally with experience in consulting or customer-facing roles. You understand how to translate complex technical concepts into business value, enabling clients to leverage payment solutions effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels and foster strong relationships. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. You are proactive and take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the solutions you provide.
Desirable
Experience with payment processing or financial technology is a plus. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their integration into business processes will help you excel in this role. A background in project management or solution design can also be beneficial as you work to create impactful solutions for clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design solutions that connect Spreedly's platform capabilities to business outcomes, ensuring that clients can maximize their use of the platform. You will influence revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing customers. Your work will involve creating solution templates and demo assets that showcase the value of Spreedly's offerings.
