What you'll do

Join Sprig's Platform Team and play a critical role in building the backend architecture that powers innovative product research solutions. You'll design, build, and maintain features that enhance the platform's capabilities, ensuring that it remains reliable and scalable as the user base grows.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements — your insights will help shape the direction of the product and ensure that it meets customer expectations. You'll also work closely with data engineers to optimize data ingestion and processing workflows, ensuring that insights are delivered in real-time.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers — your experience will help guide the team in best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning. You'll also be responsible for monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise, ensuring that the platform operates smoothly.
