You have a proven track record in technical account management, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or related fields. Your exceptional customer-facing skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services offered. You are a strategic thinker who can develop processes that enhance technical account health and product usage. As a leader, you inspire your team of Technical Account Managers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
You possess strong project management skills, enabling you to oversee enterprise onboarding and customer integrations effectively. Your technical knowledge allows you to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Technical Account Managers, creating strategies for effective technical account management. You will develop processes that incorporate product account usage to ensure technical account health. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for streamlining technical account management processes, ensuring efficient configuration and product usage. You will project manage enterprise quick onboarding and customer integrations, ensuring timely and successful launches.
You will act as a trusted consultant and advisor to your customers, unlocking value through the effective use of SpyCloud’s products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence within the technical account management function.
