You have a strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to engage effectively with clients at all levels of an organization, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You possess a solid understanding of technical concepts and can translate them into actionable insights for customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and product adoption. Your project management skills enable you to oversee customer onboarding and integrations, ensuring timely and successful launches. You are passionate about cybersecurity and are motivated by the mission to make the internet a safer place.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at SpyCloud, you will project manage enterprise onboarding and customer integrations, ensuring that clients achieve their defined value from our products. You will monitor product adoption and proactively interface with customers on technical matters, acting as a trusted consultant and advisor. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and other internal teams to identify opportunities and translate customer goals into executable technical solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships will be essential in unlocking value for our customers and driving their success with our cybersecurity solutions. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions, helping to shape product development and improvements.
