Quantitative Analyst • Senior

Who you are

You have a strong quantitative background, ideally with degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Physics. Your programming proficiency includes at least one major programming or scripting language such as C++, Java, or Python, which you use to analyze large data sets and implement trading strategies. You possess strong communication skills and can work effectively with colleagues across multiple regions, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, your primary focus will be on researching and implementing trading ideas within the firm’s automated trading framework. You will analyze large data sets using advanced statistical methods to identify trading opportunities and develop a strong understanding of the market structure of various exchanges and asset classes. Each day, you will check that all required data and related processes are ready for the trading day before the market opens. During market hours, you will sporadically monitor the behavior and performance of strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
