Quantitative Analyst • Senior

Who you are

You have a strong quantitative background, ideally with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Physics. Your programming proficiency includes at least one major programming or scripting language such as C++, Java, or Python, which you use to analyze large data sets and implement trading strategies. You possess strong communication skills and can work effectively with colleagues across multiple regions, thriving under pressure while running successful long-term strategies on equities.

What you'll do

In this role, your primary focus will be on researching and implementing trading ideas within the firm's automated trading framework. Before the market opens, you will ensure that all required data and related processes are ready for the trading day. During market hours, you will sporadically monitor the behavior and performance of strategies, making adjustments as necessary based on your analysis. You will also develop a strong understanding of the market structure of various exchanges and asset classes, which will inform your trading strategies and decisions.
