What you'll do

As the Senior Product Designer for Acuity Communications, you will lead the design of various communication surfaces, including emails, reminders, and notifications. Your focus will be on enhancing usability and clarity, ensuring that users can easily navigate and interact with the product. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define priorities and translate early concepts into polished designs. Your role will involve championing best-in-class design practices, from interaction models to visual aesthetics, ensuring that all communications feel cohesive across the Acuity and Squarespace platforms.

You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions. By understanding user needs and pain points, you will create solutions that not only meet business objectives but also enhance the overall user experience. Your ability to tell a compelling design story will help advocate for user-centered design within the organization, influencing product direction and strategy.
