You have significant experience in people operations, ideally within a technical environment, and understand the nuances of supporting engineering teams. Your ability to mentor and guide junior team members is a key strength, as you partner directly with engineering leaders to foster a collaborative culture. You are proactive in building solutions and can navigate complex organizational dynamics with ease. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the engineering organization, focusing on creating and executing a people strategy that supports a high-performing technical culture.
