Who you are

You are an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of legal experience in advertising technology or general software platforms. Your expertise includes transaction support, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, and data governance and privacy. You have a strong foundation in commercial transactions and a deep understanding of intellectual property issues and data licensing concepts. Your ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and other business teams sets you apart. You possess strong negotiation skills and can manage commercial and legal risks in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Legal team, supporting the Revenue and sales organization. You will drive commercial transactions to close while ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on data governance and privacy matters, and collaborating with various teams to mitigate legal risks. You will play a crucial role in shaping the legal strategy of StackAdapt as it continues to grow and innovate in the marketing technology space.
