You have a strong background in sales enablement, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies that drive measurable sales productivity. You thrive on collaborating with senior sales leaders and understand the nuances of vertical sales motions, particularly in B2B and e-commerce environments. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to identify business needs and tailor enablement programs accordingly. You are passionate about empowering sales teams with the skills and resources they need to succeed, and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to act as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with programmatic advertising and marketing channels. You may also have a background in data analysis or marketing, which can enhance your ability to design impactful enablement programs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and driving the vertical sales motion at StackAdapt. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to identify key challenges and opportunities within specific verticals, designing innovative enablement programs that address these needs. Your role will involve analyzing sales data to uncover insights that inform your strategies, ensuring that the verticalized sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and resources. You will act as a vital link between global strategy and local execution, shaping and implementing programs that deliver real impact across the region. You will also be involved in training and coaching sales teams, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage with clients effectively. Your contributions will help drive the overall success of StackAdapt's sales initiatives.
