LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive enablement for their Growth segment. You'll collaborate with sales leadership to operationalize enablement strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes. Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in sales enablement, ideally with a focus on growth segments. Your background includes collaborating with sales leadership to develop and implement enablement strategies that drive productivity and pipeline generation. You understand the nuances of onboarding and continuous training for sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
You excel in building scalable frameworks and best practices that support not only your immediate team but also the broader revenue organization. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Field Operations, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations is a key strength, allowing you to align enablement efforts with overall business priorities.
You are data-driven and can translate sales goals into actionable enablement programs that yield measurable outcomes. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies and messaging frameworks. You are comfortable using various tools and technologies to enhance the enablement process and track performance metrics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the enablement strategy for LaunchDarkly's Growth segment, which includes Corporate, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Acquisition Account Executives as well as Sales Development Representatives. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to operationalize the enablement strategy, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and drives productivity.
You will own the end-to-end enablement process, which includes onboarding new sales team members, continuous training, and the adoption of sales methodologies and messaging frameworks. Your focus will be on pipeline generation and stage conversion, ensuring that the sales teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
You will also contribute to the development of scalable frameworks and best practices that can be utilized across the organization. This includes working with the Sales Enablement Manager for Enterprise and Strategic segments to ensure continuity and alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and making data-driven adjustments as necessary. You will be a key partner in driving measurable impact and delivering enablement at scale, collaborating with various teams to ensure that all efforts are aligned with the company's goals.
