SoFi is hiring a Sales Enablement Operations Manager to support the Home Loans organization by executing sales enablement programs that drive loan production and improve sales efficiency. This role requires collaboration with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in the financial services industry. You understand the importance of sales enablement and have a knack for operational execution that drives efficiency and effectiveness in sales teams. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance and timely access to resources for loan officers.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Leadership. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to different stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the operational execution of sales enablement programs that support the Home Loans organization. You will manage local market events and tradeshows that enhance brand awareness and foster engagement with real estate partners. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that loan officers have access to the necessary tools, resources, and marketing support to effectively grow referral volume in their local markets.
You will partner closely with Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to operationalize enablement strategies, manage sales-related events, and support social selling initiatives. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding and administrative enablement activities, ensuring that all processes are compliant and efficient. Your role is crucial in driving loan production and improving sales efficiency, making a direct impact on the success of the organization.
