Overview

Statista is hiring a Team Lead for their Digital Workplace team to ensure employees have the necessary technical resources for successful work. You'll manage two small teams and oversee IT services and system implementations in Hamburg.

You have a strong background in IT support and team leadership, with experience managing technical teams to ensure optimal performance and collaboration. What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Digital Workplace Operations, you will oversee two small teams, ensuring that priorities are clear and collaboration is effective. You will manage the IT Helpdesk services, implement new systems, and handle hardware management to equip your colleagues with the tools they need to succeed. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your teams and ensuring that all technical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining processes that enhance the overall efficiency of the Digital Workplace team. This includes regular assessments of team performance and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that the technical needs of the organization are met and that employees can work seamlessly, whether in the office or remotely.
