You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Statista, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process of our API solutions. You will design and optimize self-serve onboarding flows, API documentation, and in-product guides to help customers quickly adopt and derive value from our API offerings. Your role will involve crafting tailored prompts and automated workflows that capture immediate value for customers, ensuring they can seamlessly integrate our solutions into their workflows.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth API integrations and continuous customer success. By leveraging product usage data, you will provide insights that help refine customer experiences and drive feature discovery. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they achieve rapid and sustained success with our API solutions.
