What you'll do

As an API Consultant at Statista, you will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve rapid and sustained success with our API/MCP solution. You will design and optimize self-serve onboarding flows, API documentation, in-product guides, and tutorials to help customers quickly adopt and derive value from our API. You will develop and tailor prompts, agents, and automated workflows for customers to capture immediate value from the API integration. Collaborating closely with customers, product, and engineering teams, you will ensure smooth API integrations and continuous customer success. Your role will involve analyzing product usage data to provide insights that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
