Overview

Stay22 is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive GTM analytics and reporting. You'll work with Looker, HubSpot, and Mixpanel to ensure data accuracy and support revenue performance. This position requires strong expertise in business intelligence.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a solid background in business intelligence and revenue operations, with experience in creating and automating dashboards that provide visibility to go-to-market teams. Your analytical skills allow you to deliver monthly and quarterly performance analyses, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms like Snowflake and MongoDB. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to optimize revenue initiatives and improve operational workflows.

You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of data integrity in driving business decisions. Your ability to transform complex data into actionable insights is key to supporting revenue predictability. You are comfortable using tools like Looker, HubSpot, and Mixpanel to analyze performance metrics and identify trends that can inform strategic planning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the infrastructure of GTM data, providing strategic analyses that guide planning and execution of revenue initiatives. You will create and automate dashboards in Looker, HubSpot, and Mixpanel, ensuring that the go-to-market teams have the visibility they need to make informed decisions. Your analyses will cover key performance indicators such as revenue, churn, and lost contracts, helping to drive operational rigor within the RevOps team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data flows smoothly and that insights are actionable. Your role will involve regular reporting on performance metrics, and you will be expected to present findings to stakeholders, making recommendations based on your analyses. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of data across various platforms, including Snowflake and MongoDB.
