You understand integrations and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem, and you are comfortable guiding your team on best practices in Salesforce architecture and data governance. Your hands-on experience allows you to contribute technically while also focusing on team development and performance management.

What you'll do

As the Business Systems Manager at Storable, you will lead a team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem. You will manage the workload across your team, ensuring clarity of ownership and predictable delivery. Your role will involve providing coaching and mentorship to support skill growth and career development among your team members.

You will oversee the design, configuration, and development of Salesforce features, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and CPQ tools. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving solution designs to ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to technical best practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to ensure that the systems are stable and scalable.
