Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth payments, fintech, or technology company. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You are comfortable working with data tools and analysis, demonstrating proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic SQL. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience working cross-functionally with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers.
Desirable
Experience in the crypto space or with stablecoin technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the global payments landscape. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-evolving industry, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Bridge, you will be responsible for driving growth by securing new clients and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing ones. You will close qualified leads through the inbound funnel and identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and lead follow-up.
