What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with developers integrating Bridge APIs and help them resolve their issues. You will take ownership of complex, technical user issues and collaborate with teams across Engineering and Product to find effective solutions. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze data to inform operational decisions and drive efficiency. You will also be responsible for optimizing processes and workflows within the support operations, ensuring that the team operates at peak performance. As one of the foundational hires in the team, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of the Bridge platform.
