Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly within B2B SaaS growth companies. Your background includes sales-led growth experience, and you understand the nuances of product-led growth as well. You are hands-on with modern marketing tooling, including HubSpot and Clay, and have a knack for architecting automations that streamline processes. Your expertise extends to using AI-driven outbound/email tools and workflow tools like Retool, enabling you to tackle messy growth problems and turn them into clean, scalable workflows.

You are data-obsessed and thrive in an AI-first marketing environment. Your experience with paid media platforms such as Google and LinkedIn equips you to drive effective marketing campaigns. Additionally, familiarity with BI tools like Looker is a bonus, as you leverage data to inform your strategies and decisions. You are a strong collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure leads and pipeline move efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and scale the marketing operations engine that drives pipeline creation for Bridge. You will be responsible for building and optimizing workflows that facilitate lead generation and conversion. Your work will involve collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to ensure that processes are seamless and efficient. You will analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance the speed and quality of lead movement through the pipeline.

You will also oversee the integration of various marketing tools and systems, ensuring they work harmoniously to support the overall marketing strategy. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and trends, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve operations.
