Stripe is hiring a Sales Manager for their Existing Business team in Paris. You'll lead and coach high-performing sales executives while developing strategies to increase revenue and client acquisition. This role requires prior experience in sales management, preferably in the payments industry.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience leading teams in an international office. Your background includes a strong understanding of the payments industry, which allows you to articulate technical concepts in a business-relevant manner. You are passionate about helping to scale new technology businesses and have a knack for building strategic relationships with customers and industry thought leaders.
You possess excellent coaching skills, enabling you to guide your team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills throughout the sales cycle. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team members fosters personal and career development, creating a high-performing sales environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and coach a team of sales professionals, helping them achieve ambitious targets while also engaging directly with prospective Stripe customers. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading your team, as well as building new processes and sales plays tailored for a growing Digital Native and Enterprise business. Your focus will be on developing the long-term vision and strategy for the team while managing day-to-day operations and performance against key sales metrics.
You will play a crucial role in increasing revenue and acquiring new clients at high growth rates. By coaching your team, you will help them enhance their consultative sales skills and build enduring customer relationships, including interactions with C-level executives. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of the team and the overall business objectives.
