Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in managing partner programs and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems — you've successfully driven partner success through data-driven insights and operational rigor. Your experience includes building and maintaining dashboards that track program health and outcomes, ensuring that partner signals are actionable for sales teams. You possess clear written communication skills, enabling you to create concise operating notes, metric definitions, and status updates that align stakeholders and track actions effectively.
You are comfortable working independently and can navigate ambiguous problems — from defining metrics and data models to shipping dashboards and establishing operating cadences. Your analytical mindset allows you to raise the quality bar in processes without needing extensive resources. Familiarity with co-sell and co-deliver motions is a plus, as you understand the dynamics of working with systems integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs).
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the analytics and execution engine for the Alliances & Channels Programs team in the Americas. Your primary responsibility will be to turn partner motions into measurable and repeatable operating systems. You will build and maintain dashboards that provide insights into partner program health, adoption rates, and performance metrics. By analyzing partner-sourced inputs and incentives throughput, you will help drive program success and visibility to leadership.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish workflows that align stakeholders and track actions effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly will be essential as you write concise operating notes and updates that keep everyone informed. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the partner programs and implementing changes that enhance overall performance.
