Asana is hiring a Partner Program Manager to develop and manage a global partner program that drives recruitment and onboarding of partners. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner profitability and ensure a positive partner experience. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work schedule.

Who you are

You have a strong background in managing partner programs and understand the importance of channel partnerships in driving business success. Your experience includes developing comprehensive partner programs that enhance partner profitability and ensure a positive partner experience. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of managing key elements of partner programs.

You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with partners to understand their needs and challenges. Your analytical mindset allows you to track partner performance against established metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes. You are adaptable and thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and manage a comprehensive global partner program that drives recruitment and onboarding of a strong network of Solutions, Services, Technology, and Integration Partners. You will design and oversee a menu of partner benefits and incentives that motivate top-performing partners and enhance the value of the partner program. Your responsibilities will include maintaining program structure elements such as partner tiering, rules of engagement, qualification processes, and training standards.

You will collaborate with regional teams to track partner performance against established metrics and support partner success. This involves regular communication with partners to ensure they are receiving the necessary support and resources to thrive within the program. You will also work closely with the Global Partner Program Lead to implement and execute Asana's partner program initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
