Partner Program Manager • Mid-Level

You have a strong understanding of the partner journey and can build a value-based program that rewards technical excellence, brand awareness, community contribution, and services depth as much as it rewards revenue. You are skilled in designing incentives and managing partner relationship management infrastructure to ensure a frictionless experience for partners ranging from boutique DevSecOps VARs to Global SIs and Distribution.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering strong relationships with partners. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the needs of diverse stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset, allowing you to align partner goals with company objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement a comprehensive partner program that enhances the overall partner experience. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the program aligns with SonarSource's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, managing partner communications, and analyzing program performance to drive continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to maximize value for both SonarSource and its partners. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that partners have access to the resources they need to succeed.
