Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering and architecture patterns, allowing you to understand how various technologies and systems interact with each other. Your experience includes enabling and scaling go-to-market teams, showcasing your ability to drive product adoption and success. You thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering results.
Your expertise in systems design is complemented by a background in building and deploying complex applications, making you well-equipped to tackle the challenges faced by our customers. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to lead in-depth product discussions with top users and prospects effectively.
What you'll do
As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will execute against our go-to-market strategy for Money Management products, including Stripe Capital, Issuing, Financial Accounts, and our global Payouts suite. You will educate our product and engineering teams on market trends, providing critical insights that will influence the product roadmap. Your role will involve advising the broader pre-sales team and working closely with customers on complex opportunities to support revenue attainment for the product line.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and drive their growth. Your ability to understand customer challenges will be key in providing prescriptive solutions that enhance their success with Stripe's offerings.
