You are skilled at presenting your work to company leadership, articulating your design rationale in a compelling way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. You understand the importance of user feedback and are adept at incorporating it into your design process to refine and enhance user experiences.

Desirable

Experience with design systems and a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes will be advantageous. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing can further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for specific product areas, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experiences are not only functional but also delightful. You will be responsible for translating complex business goals into elegant and intuitive designs that meet user needs. Your work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate your design vision.

You will engage in user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the products you design resonate with users and drive engagement. Your ability to work horizontally across product areas will allow you to contribute to a cohesive user experience across Stripe's diverse offerings. You will also participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve your work and that of your peers.
