You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in Go-To-Market roles. You are familiar with various recruiting technologies and can quickly adapt to new tools to optimize workflows.
You possess a strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools, allowing you to drive data-informed hiring strategies. Your experience with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools like GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite enables you to streamline the recruiting process effectively. You are a builder at heart, eager to contribute to a dynamic team and help shape the culture at Stripe.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for the Go-To-Market team at Stripe, which includes Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services. You will drive hiring strategies that align with the company's mission to increase the GDP of the internet. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights that help them make informed decisions.
You will leverage sourcing and CRM tools, such as Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter, to build and manage talent pipelines effectively. Your ability to analyze recruiting metrics will help you refine strategies and improve overall hiring outcomes. You will also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Stripe's values and commitment to excellence.
