You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the technology sector, and understand the nuances of working with SMB and Mid-Market companies. Your experience includes leading teams to achieve ambitious sales targets, and you excel in coaching and developing talent to foster high performance. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving results. Fluency in German or French is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with diverse clients across Europe.
What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Stripe, you will own the partnerships between Stripe and some of the most strategic and fastest-growing SMB and Mid-Market companies in EMEA. Your role will involve leading a team of high-performing account executives, helping them to deliver on their targets while also engaging directly with users and prospects to understand their needs. You will be responsible for protecting revenue through excellent account management and fostering partner-focused relationships. Additionally, you will lead on contract renewals and excel in product upsell sales motions, ensuring that your team is equipped to maximize opportunities within their accounts. Your leadership will be instrumental in fueling Stripe's growth in this high-priority segment, and you will collaborate closely with other teams to align on strategic initiatives.
