What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Mid Market sales organization at HubSpot, focusing on driving growth through strategic customer identification and relationship building. You will be accountable for achieving overall business metrics, including revenue and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the sales leadership, marketing, and training teams, you will implement initiatives that align with regional and global company goals.

You will coach and develop your sales managers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth obstacles and providing solutions to overcome them, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and driving sales success.
