Who you are
You have a proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams β you've successfully driven revenue growth in a growth-stage internet or software company and understand the nuances of the payments or fintech industry. Your leadership style is proactive and customer-obsessed, thriving in high-growth, ambiguous environments where you can make a significant impact.
With experience in managing complex sales cycles, you know how to balance strategy and execution while engaging directly with strategic accounts. You are adept at deepening relationships with existing Mid Market customers and maximizing their value through product adoption and cross-selling opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on driving revenue growth from Stripeβs existing Mid Market customers. You will own performance against key growth and retention metrics, including expansion, cross-sell, and renewal targets. Your role will involve developing strategies to optimize go-to-market efforts and ensuring your team is equipped to meet their targets.
You will engage directly with strategic accounts, fostering relationships that deepen customer engagement and drive product adoption. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
