You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in leading teams and bringing new products to market. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in high-growth environments sets you apart. Desirable

Experience in financial technology or a related field would be advantageous, as would familiarity with capital products and services. A background in scaling technology sales teams is also a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to manage growth effectively.

What you'll do

As the Global Head of Capital Sales, you will lead a team of high-performing sales executives, guiding them to achieve ambitious targets for Stripe's Capital products. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and coaching your sales team to ensure they are equipped to succeed in a competitive market. You will work in a matrixed environment, collaborating with various departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals. Your leadership will be critical in driving the growth of Capital on a global scale, making a direct impact on one of Stripe's top priorities.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that resonate with customers and drive revenue growth. This includes analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine your approach continually. You will also foster a culture of collaboration and motivation within your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives. Your ability to resolve conflicts and build cross-functional relationships will be essential in navigating the complexities of the sales process.
