Who you are
You have a proven track record of success in sales management, particularly in the enterprise sector, with at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams. Your leadership style is proactive and supportive, enabling your team to achieve ambitious targets while fostering their professional growth. You possess a deep understanding of the technology industry and can translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant terms, ensuring that your team can effectively communicate with clients. Your experience in a growth-stage internet or software company has equipped you with the skills to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving market. You are familiar with the Japanese business landscape and have experience working in Japan, which allows you to build strong relationships with local clients and partners.
Desirable
Experience with customer relationship management tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with Stripe's product offerings. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.
What you'll do
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving Stripe's growth by leading a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise clients.
