Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to provide clear and timely updates throughout the recruitment process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

What you'll do

As a Sourcer at Xometry, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of non-technical recruiting across India. This includes developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. You will consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and compensation recommendations. Your role will also involve maintaining up-to-date records in our ATS and collaborating with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices.
