Stripe is hiring a Strategy & Operations Analyst for their Customer Success team to drive operational improvements and analytics. You'll work with SQL and Tableau to enhance productivity and support revenue goals. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a GTM or Sales organization.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience working with a go-to-market or sales organization, where you've developed a strong foundation in data analytics. Your expertise in SQL allows you to create and run complex queries, as well as build insightful dashboards that drive decision-making. You communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely, ensuring that your insights are understood by all stakeholders. You are a self-starter who thrives in environments with ambiguity, demonstrating your ability to navigate challenges effectively.

Your experience with business and operational SLA reporting equips you with the skills to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for building strong partnerships that enhance collaboration and drive results. Your preferred qualifications include experience with Tableau or Salesforce report development, where you've acted as a user and report developer, contributing to the overall success of your team.

Desirable

While not required, experience with Tableau or SFDC report development is a plus. You may have also worked as a user and report developer in Salesforce, which would further enhance your ability to contribute to the Customer Success team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building the foundational elements of the Customer Success business. This entails working on operational projects that involve process design, business cadences, and systems work. You will be a critical player in implementing business changes across operations, insights, processes, and tools, all aimed at enhancing Stripe's productivity. Your work will empower Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to achieve key revenue goals and drive overall revenue for Stripe.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and leadership to provide strategic and operational partnership. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you measure performance metrics and report on business outcomes. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Customer Success team.
