Who you are
You have a strong technical aptitude with experience in software development — you've successfully navigated complex integrations and understand the nuances of working with financial infrastructure. Your background in payments or ecommerce has equipped you with the knowledge to help users thrive on the Stripe platform. You possess superior time management skills, allowing you to manage multiple external customers simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. As a self-starter, you can assess, troubleshoot, and work autonomously to decompose and solve complex problems, ensuring that users have a seamless experience.
Desirable
Experience working in a Professional Services organization or in a customer success organization is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to engage with clients effectively and understand their needs. Familiarity with integration processes and the ability to design automated and targeted journeys for users will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving user success on the Stripe platform. Your primary responsibility will be to help users get live and successful on Stripe, ensuring they can leverage the platform to its fullest potential. You will analyze user journeys to identify what works well and where users may be getting stuck, allowing you to design targeted solutions that enhance their experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that user feedback is incorporated into the development process.
You will also be responsible for building out a multi-faceted team of user-facing experts and program managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your insights will help shape the Launch function, driving growth and ensuring that users have the resources they need to succeed. You will engage with users directly, providing them with the support and guidance necessary to navigate the integration process smoothly.
