Job Description
Who you are
You have a technical degree or equivalent experience, and you possess solid experience with SQL-based databases. Your background includes proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, which you have used to develop and support custom solutions. You are comfortable with Linux and Unix administration, allowing you to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively. Your excellent English written and oral communication skills enable you to guide customers through their journey with Skio, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals. Ideally, you have experience in the Shopify space and frontend development, which enhances your ability to assist merchants with theme edits and integrations.
What you'll do
As a Launch Engineer at Skio, you will onboard new merchants, providing them with best practices support for custom-built solutions. You will resolve any technical challenges that arise while using the Skio Platform, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience. A core part of your role will involve migrating customer and subscription data from other platforms to Skio, where you will ensure accuracy and continuity throughout the transition. You will also support customers with Shopify theme edits and storefront integrations, ensuring that Skio works seamlessly within their brand experience. Your role is crucial in helping merchants navigate technical questions and complex implementation scenarios, making you a key player in their success with our products.
