What you'll do

As a Technical Operations Associate at Stripe, you will be part of a vibrant team in Mexico City focused on providing operational leverage and expanding Stripe’s portfolio of capabilities. You will handle over a million support cases, addressing technical issues and ensuring a seamless experience for users. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve operational challenges, leveraging your expertise in Python or Scala to implement solutions.
