Overview
Superside is building a talent pool of experienced Business Development Representatives to support future growth. You'll focus on outbound sales and engagement with enterprise-level accounts in the SaaS, creative, and marketing industries.

You are an experienced Business Development Representative with a strong background in outbound sales and engagement with enterprise-level accounts. You understand the SaaS, creative, and marketing industries, and you are skilled at identifying and engaging high-value enterprise accounts. You have a strategic mindset and can position Superside as a valuable partner to prospects, understanding their needs and challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with senior marketing and creative leaders at global brands to nurture relationships and create long-term opportunities for the sales team.
Desirable
Experience in the North American market is a plus, as you will be driving expansion efforts in this region. Familiarity with creative subscription services will help you effectively communicate the value of Superside's offerings to potential clients. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing priorities as the company grows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in building a talent pool for future hiring needs within Superside's Account Development team. You will focus on outbound sales efforts, initiating conversations with high-potential enterprise accounts and generating interest in Superside's creative subscription services. Your success will be measured not just by the volume of leads generated, but by your ability to understand the unique needs of each prospect and position Superside as a strategic partner. You will collaborate with senior marketing and creative leaders to develop tailored approaches for engaging enterprise clients, ensuring that your outreach is relevant and impactful.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions, and following up to nurture relationships over time. As you engage with prospects, you will gather insights about their challenges and needs, which will inform Superside's sales strategies and offerings. Your role will involve continuous learning about the market and the competitive landscape, allowing you to effectively communicate Superside's value proposition.
