Suvoda is hiring an Account Executive to identify and close new business within assigned accounts. You'll manage the sales process and develop relationships with clients. This position requires at least 3 years of sales experience in the eClinical software field.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience in the eClinical software field — your interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. You are ambitious and self-motivated, bringing a high level of energy to your work while managing your time and organizational skills effectively. Your analytical thinking ability and creative problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex sales processes and client needs with ease. Attention to detail is one of your strengths, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are handled meticulously.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Suvoda, you will identify and close new business within assigned accounts, managing the sales process from opportunity identification through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. You will handle responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) with your assigned accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met. Organizing and leading client meetings for initial capabilities presentations and bid defenses will be a key part of your role, as will serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding mid-study change orders. You will drive the governance process with assigned strategic accounts, collaborating with services management and the executive team as necessary. Attending conferences and industry events to represent the Suvoda brand and identify new opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will generate new leads, collect competitive intelligence, and assist in developing new sales strategies while mentoring Business Development Associates.
