Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience in the eClinical software field — your interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. You are ambitious and self-motivated, bringing a high level of energy to your work, and you excel in time management and organizational skills. Your analytical thinking ability and creative problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex sales scenarios with ease. Attention to detail is one of your strong suits, ensuring that you manage the sales process meticulously from start to finish.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and close new business within assigned accounts, managing the sales process from opportunity identification through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. You will handle responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) with your assigned accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met. Organizing and leading client meetings for initial capabilities presentations and bid defenses will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing mid-study change orders and driving the governance process with strategic accounts. Attending conferences and industry events will allow you to represent the Suvoda brand and identify new opportunities. Additionally, you will generate new leads and assist in developing new sales strategies while mentoring Business Development Associates.
