Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Salesforce consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions. Your extensive knowledge of Salesforce, including its data model, automation, and advanced features, allows you to effectively guide clients through complex configurations. You excel at building trusted partnerships with executive sponsors and RevOps leaders, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
As a strategic advisor and technical expert, you understand the intricacies of each customer’s Salesforce ecosystem. You are adept at leading enterprise onboarding, technical configuration, and strategic enablement plans, ensuring that clients can leverage the full potential of Sweep’s offerings. Your proactive approach to monitoring account health, usage trends, and adoption metrics drives customer retention and expansion.
You are skilled at running quarterly business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and advocating for customer needs internally. Your ability to manage and drive annual customer contract renewals is crucial in maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You develop scalable best practices and playbooks for enterprise success, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions or systems integration is a plus, as is familiarity with data flow and go-to-market strategies. Your collaborative spirit thrives in a team-oriented environment, where you can share insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance customer success.
What you'll do
In your role at Sweep, you will own relationships with some of the largest and most complex enterprise accounts. You will act as both a strategic advisor and a technical expert, ensuring seamless integration into each customer’s Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include leading enterprise onboarding and technical configuration, as well as developing strategic enablement plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
You will deeply understand each customer’s Salesforce infrastructure and data flow, allowing you to serve as the technical liaison between customer teams and Sweep’s Product, Engineering, and Support teams. By proactively monitoring account health, usage trends, and adoption metrics, you will drive retention and expansion efforts, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investment in Sweep.
Running quarterly business reviews will be a key part of your role, where you will identify growth opportunities and advocate for customer needs internally. You will manage and drive annual customer contract renewals, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will develop scalable best practices and playbooks for enterprise success and expansion, contributing to the overall growth of Sweep.
