Overview
Cority is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive customer success and foster ongoing adoption of their EHS+ platform. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify and solve customer problems.

You have a strong background in customer success, with a proven ability to build productive relationships and drive customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of customer health and are skilled at managing the customer success journey to ensure ongoing adoption of solutions. You excel in identifying business needs and solving customer problems, ensuring that clients receive the value they expect from the EHS+ platform. Your communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, making you a key player in the customer success team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall health of customers and ensuring their success with Cority's EHS+ platform. You will work closely with other members of the Customer Success Team to foster ongoing adoption and create value for clients. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any issues that arise.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive improvements in the platform. Your insights will help shape the customer success strategy and ensure that Cority continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
