AiDash is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive long-term success for strategic North American customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of active SaaS accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. You excel at building trusted relationships with clients, from field managers to executive stakeholders, and you understand the importance of customer satisfaction and retention. You are passionate about helping customers realize value from the solutions you provide, and you thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and challenges, and you are committed to delivering outcomes that matter. Your ability to mentor others and shape the future of customer experience is a key asset in this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at AiDash, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of active SaaS accounts, driving customer satisfaction and engagement. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are realizing the full value of our platform, addressing any concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Your role will involve building and maintaining trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
