As a Head Coach (General Manager), you are the leader and strategist of your store, inspiring your team to achieve operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You have a strong background in people and team leadership, ensuring compliance and delivering timely feedback to develop a diverse talent pipeline. Your experience in food safety and operations allows you to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, while also resolving any facility or supply issues that may arise.
Your customer-centric approach ensures that you deliver clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned experiences, acting on guest metrics and making informed business decisions. You possess strong financial and business acumen, driving sales and profit by analyzing reports, managing costs, and executing strategic plans that align with business goals.
