You are a hands-on leader with experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for food safety and quality, ensuring that all standards are met while fostering a culture of trust and recognition among your team. You excel in mentoring and developing future leaders, guiding them through challenges and celebrating their successes. You understand the importance of data-driven insights and use them to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. You are adaptable and can anticipate operational needs, adjusting team deployment as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
What you'll do
As an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager), you will partner with the Head Coach to set goals and track performance metrics for your store. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service. You will provide hands-on coaching during peak times and staffing gaps, stepping in to support your team as needed. You will uphold high standards for food safety and cleanliness, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will work closely with the Head Coach to resolve any facility or supply issues promptly, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your role will also involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance.
