Who you are
You are a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in contractual law — your expertise allows you to navigate complex legal frameworks and ensure compliance in all company dealings. You have a strong understanding of the legal implications of contracts and are adept at drafting and analyzing various legal documents. Your background includes providing legal consultancy across multiple areas of law, excluding tax and environmental law, which enables you to offer comprehensive support to internal teams.
You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to assess risks and provide sound legal advice to the organization. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with different departments to ensure that all legal aspects are covered in business operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing contracts with suppliers, drafting agreements, and ensuring that all legal documents are in order. You will also handle responses to any complaints from administrative bodies, such as PROCON and ReclameAqui, ensuring that the company maintains a positive reputation. Your role will involve providing general legal consultancy to internal teams regarding suppliers, terminations, penalties, and documents received from third parties. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities for legal improvements and execute strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
