Who you are

You have strong experience in contracts management, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities. You excel at reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, partnership, SaaS, NDAs, and MSAs. Your expertise ensures that contracts align with company policies and compliance requirements, while also managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle effectively.

You are a collaborative partner who works closely with Sales and Alliances teams to negotiate strategic agreements within the digital commerce ecosystem. Your ability to provide clear guidance and tools to internal stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in ensuring that all contractual matters are handled efficiently. You are proactive in identifying risks and escalating them as necessary, ensuring that the company’s interests are always protected.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee and streamline the contract review and management processes in Brazil, acting as the primary point of contact for business-related contractual matters. You will manage the entire contract lifecycle, from intake and redlining to approvals and execution, utilizing the company's contract management tools. Your responsibilities will include partnering with various internal teams, such as Finance, Procurement, Privacy, Compliance, and Tech, to ensure that contracts reflect business practices and align with global practices.

You will assist in optimizing and training local teams on the contract management system and related tools, ensuring that all processes are followed throughout the organization. Your role will require you to provide cross-functional collaboration and support, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and equipped to handle their contractual obligations effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance and managing risks associated with commercial contracts.
